This Do It Yourself Custom Shift Knob Insert Lets You Turn Almost Anything Into a Shift Knob! Perfect for woodworkers and creative makers that are looking for a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.
This insert can be installed into any object you want to make into a shift knob. Drill, glue and tap in, or place into an epoxy mold and let it cure. The choice is yours! After you achieve a tight fit you can use as is or choose from any of our SAE or Metric Adapters to fit any car.
This machined billet aluminum insert is heavy-duty and will not rust or wobble when inserted properly.

How do I make sure my shift knob won’t come loose after installation?
You can use some Loctite or a spray of silicone on the threads of the insert before installation for a budge-free smooth shifting experience.
What do I do if my knob rattles?

Make sure your shift knob is installed properly and uses the correct adapter.
