American Shifter's Rally Stripe series shift knobs are made from high quality resin for strength and durability resulting in a superior feel on every shift. The shift pattern is embedded in the knob and polished smooth, giving you years of use without fear of fading.
American Shifter’s shift knobs offers an exclusive aluminum threaded insert designed to be screwed onto your shift arm. Avoid shift knobs with set screws or plastic parts as they tend to fail or wobble. Aluminum inserts are only found on the high quality shift knobs as they do not rust like standard metal inserts. Each insert is 16 x 1.50 threaded and includes a matching jam nut for easy installation.
This insert can be adapted to fit any vehicle on the market with American Shifter’s screw-in adapters that are available in several sizes.
All American Shifter products come with Detailed Instructions and a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

How do I make sure my shift knob won’t come loose after installation?
You can use some Loctite or a spray of silicone on the threads of the insert before installation for a budge-free smooth shifting experience.
