This Automatic Knob comes with an Adjustable Activation Push Button. The smooth button medallion can be switched out for a shift pattern medallion of your choice. See below.

Depending on your choice, some of our nostalgic knobs include a set of 4 interchangeable o-rings in red, black, brown & blue allowing you to match the knob to your interior.

Is the push button activation adjustable?
Yes, our shift knobs that include push button are adjustable.
Please note, ASCSN13002 is non-push button and does not include push button activation.
Can I customize this knob?
We do not offer printing on our nostalgic shift knobs, however, you can change out the medallion on our push button knobs. American Shifter offers several options including black & silver with and without shift patterns.

How do I make sure my shift knob won’t come loose after installation?
You can use some Loctite or a spray of silicone on the threads of the insert before installation for a budge-free smooth shifting experience.
What do I do if my knob rattles?
American Shifter shift knobs include a unique anti-rattle seal which provides rock-solid shifting and should not rattle.
Make sure your shift knob is installed properly.
